Return Policy
Warranty and Returns
"We want all our customers to be happy!" so please let us know if you experience any issues because we will be happy to evaluate on an individual basis.
Cool Smokers Inc. Products Refund & Return Policy.
Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If we determine that it isn’t our error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Cool Smokers Steps to refund
1. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you
received it.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it.
3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of
the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit
card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit
within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s
policies.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Devices Refund & Return Policy:
We deal with the manufacturer without you having to worry for the first 30 days of warranty.
All products to be returned to Cool Smokers Inc. need a Customer Return Authorization Number (CRA#) please e-mail customer service stating the product and the issue you are having with it. We will then immediately get to work about seeing what can be done and make arrangements for the return and replacement as applicable. With all the clones of true products now manufactures require the serial numbers of all items for warranty without the serial numbers they will not replace the defective items.
Due to user nature of RBA and RBT or Hybrids, there is no Warranty on these Products because we are not the persons building these items and have no idea on what the customer is doing to the said products. No matter how long you have been doing it we can not guarantee it has been done right or wrong.
When shipping glass tanks or juices we can't warranty or cover them from being broken in shipping as Purolator won't cover the damage of any glass items. Due to the nature of atomizers and the nature of variable voltage devices we are unable to make a warranty on Atomizers. There is no warranty on cartomizers, clearomizers, tanks, and tips. Due to products that include wood, stabilized wood, simulated wood, fake wood, plastic or contain any type of pattern/design are not returnable based on a customer’s like or dislike of the pattern/colour or any other attribute of the mentioned materials.
Cool Smokers Inc. cannot be responsible for any warranty or replacement claims for any modifications made to hardware or software once it has been delivered to the customer. Software upgrades/replacement and firmware issues must be taken up with the manufacturer directly. Also, any physical modification to any product will cause warranty to be null and void.
Insurance Issues:
Missing package, missing items, damaged goods will be sent to Purolator for investigation. A ticket number will be issued to the customer VIA Purolator to follow the investigation. Once Purolator settles the claim, Cool Smokers Inc. will duly issue replacements under Purolator findings. Cool Smokers Inc is not responsible for any missing packages, missing items, damaged goods. Product replacements will not be shipped out separately if the product has a retail price under $10.00 and a credit will be issued in lieu of the replacement item.
If a package is refused or not picked up by a customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping and return shipping of the package. Customer is responsible for charges relating to shipping product back to Cool Smokers Inc for evaluation for any and all warranty claims. If product is found to have a warrantable defect replacement product will be shipped to the customer at no charge. If a product is deemed not to have a warrantable defect product can be shipped back to the customer at customers expense.
On Clearance items we do not offer warranty on items as they are marked down below cost to clear them out.
The warranty on Joyetech/Wismec Products will be void if using Smoktech products on them as per Joyetech/Wismec, Vaporesso, and Suorin as warranty.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the descriptions, specifications, colors, and images of our electronic vaporizer products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products and or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and or services or product and or services pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and service at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
*Signature and ID check are required so packages will not be left at the door or mailbox.
SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIME
Please allow 1 business day for order processing. Shipments are only picked up by Courier Monday to Friday between 2 pm and 4 pm, even though we pack orders Mondays to Fridays.
Estimated shipping times are affected by several factors, including, but not limited to:
- Your location (all orders are shipped out of Kincardine, Ontario)
- The day on which the order was made (some couriers do not operate on weekends)
- Weather conditions
Please refer to Purolator for their estimated shipping times if you want further clarity before ordering.
Once your order is placed, the respective courier will provide you with an estimated shipping date. As it is an estimate, the date of arrival may vary.
Cool Smokers Inc.is unable to control issues due to a natural disaster or delays caused by Purolator.
SHIPPING & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY
Shipment lost in transit or Damaged: Once an item leaves Cool Smokers Inc warehouse facility and a tracking number is provided, the package becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Delays or delivery errors by Courier company like Purolator is completely out of our control. And for your protection, we provide automatic insurance of up to $100 when you make your order.
- Before we can create an investigation ticket with Purolator, you must confirm that your package is not with your concierge, a family member or in your mailbox.
- We will also need in writing that you have not received the product and would like for us to create an investigation ticket.
- After an investigation ticket is opened with Purolator, a copy will be sent to you.
- They will require confirmation from you of the whole thing.
- Unfortunately, we must wait till Purolator confirms that the package has been lost before we can process a credit or re-send the products to you. They will find your package during their trace in a nearby Purolator office and items will be delivered to you at the earliest. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
